The best way to learn something is to try to teach it to others. The sense of responsibility to your student motivates you to understand a topic, and the act of explaining something helps you to connect the dots and commit them to memory. Its simple as that - learning by teaching and elborately explained as If we know that others are going to learn from us, we feel a sense of responsibility to provide the right information. I started writing WhatsApp status by typing what I wanted to remember and that followed new breed of followers but my humble submission was I was writing for myself. It continued as when I started building my version of story to convey in simple language to my friends and family. I started taking protégé effect little sincerely and by preparing certain presentations on little complex subjects and tried to connect the dots by interesting caste studies with interesting observations. Protégé effect is powerful way of unlearning and relearning as many new dimensions get added while you get prepared to teach.
