Companies and Influencers talk about policy which may contain some responsibility for AI but actually they mean responsibility of the organisation who promote such AI systems and part thereof. Internet as such do not contain trustworthiness and AI features which actually enable to loose more trust and so hence responsibility does not gel well with AI at all. Infact AI system itself do not know much about term Responsible. One may say , Internet + Trust = Blockchain which may have capability to take responsibility to restore trust.
